Along the GR5, at the very end of the village, an old farmhouse dating from the late 17th century offers two new guesthouses set in unspoilt, welcoming countryside.
The largest, with 16 beds in six bedrooms and six shower rooms, has a garden theme. Orchard, dovecote, pond, henhouse, vegetable garden and aviary personalise your stay and your sleep. The large, brightly-lit living room is also colourful, making it ideal for large family or friends gatherings. The south-east-facing terraces and garden complete the rural setting for a quality stopover.
The second adjoining gîte, smaller (12 beds) and more intimate, invites you into the forest. Its living room, entirely panelled in native woods (maple, oak, beech, ash and walnut), is decorated with a large fresco by Pascal Falisse, a renowned artist from Liège. Falisse drew his inspiration from local crafts (wood and Spa furniture) to create an imaginary landscape in shades of blue, bringing together sites and buildings from the surrounding area. The five bedrooms house the fox, the owl, the squirrel, the roe deer and the wild boar, with their own shower rooms and antique furniture from flea markets and auction rooms.
Last but not least, the large garden and its terraces facing the lovely view complete the ensemble.
The two guesthouses can be combined to accommodate up to 28 people.
A friendly outdoor activity, where the cohesion of the group pushes each participant to excel in order to win! You'll need to be strategic to avoid knocking out the inhabitants of the meadow and avoid the traps they sow in their path. Above all, your team will have to record the lowest number of ball hits throughout the course.
